    Founder & Chief Executive Officer

    Mike Bunch is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Revere Group, LLC, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, governance, business development, and operational growth.

    A retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major, Mike served approximately twenty-two years in Special Missions and Special Operations Units, including leadership and operational assignments with the 1st Ranger Battalion and 2nd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. Following military retirement, he founded and led M&M Answers, Inc., supporting U.S. Government operations worldwide for more than a decade.

    Today, Mike applies those same leadership principles to TRG’s readiness, training, simulation, and operational support initiatives. His leadership philosophy is rooted in accountability, stewardship, professionalism, and the belief that realistic training produces capable people and resilient organizations.

  • David J. Weimer, DVM

    President

    David J. Weimer, DVM, is the President of The Revere Group, LLC and a veterinarian, entrepreneur, and business leader whose background combines clinical judgement, operational stewardship, and company-building experience. In addition to his work in veterinary medicine, he has founded and led multiple ventures, including Heartland Vet Care, each reflecting a practical approach to leadership, service and disciplined growth.

    Within The Revere Group, Dr. Weimer helps shape the company’s medical credibility, organizational development, and long-term business direction. His perspective supports TRG’s commitment to realistic training, responsible expansion, and solutions built for demanding operational environments. He brings a steady blend of medical professionalism, entrepreneurial execution, and mission-focused judgement to the company’s public identity and future growth.

  • Eric Degner

    Tactical Medicine Program Manager

    Eric Degner is the Tactical Medicine Program Manager for The Revere Group, LLC, where he supports the development, coordination, and execution of TRG’s Advanced Medical Training programs.

    A retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant and Pararescueman, Eric brings more than twenty-seven years of experience in special operations, personnel recovery, operational medicine, training, and senior organizational leadership. His background includes paramedic-level emergency medicine, combat search and rescue, technical rescue, and TCCC- and TECC-based instruction.

    Within TRG, Eric combines operational credibility, instructional expertise, and practical business leadership to help build realistic, standards-aligned training programs for professionals operating in austere, high-risk, and mission-critical environments.
