Mike Bunch
Mike Bunch is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Revere Group, LLC, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, governance, business development, and operational growth.
A retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major, Mr. Bunch served approximately twenty-two years in Special Missions and Special Operations Units, including leadership and operational assignments with both the 1st Ranger Battalion and 2nd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. His military career included combat operations during Operation Just Cause, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as extensive experience in leadership, operational planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and organizational development.
Throughout his military and private-sector career, Mr. Bunch has been entrusted with the management of personnel, programs, resources, and initiatives carrying significant operational, financial, and strategic consequence. He has led organizations and projects involving hundreds of personnel, multimillion-dollar resources, complex logistical requirements, and operations conducted across multiple countries and regions.
Following military retirement, Mr. Bunch founded and led M&M Answers, Inc., supporting U.S. Government operations worldwide for more than a decade. Today, he applies those same leadership principles to The Revere Group, where he oversees the company’s readiness, training, simulation, and operational support initiatives.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in accountability, stewardship, professionalism, and the belief that realistic training produces capable people and resilient organizations.

David J. Weimer, DVM
David J. Weimer, DVM, is the President of The Revere Group, LLC and a veterinarian, entrepreneur, and business leader whose background combines clinical judgement, operational stewardship, and company-building experience. In addition to his work in veterinary medicine, he has founded and led multiple ventures, including Heartland Vet Care, each reflecting a practical approach to leadership, service and disciplined growth.
Within The Revere Group, Dr. Weimer helps shape the company’s medical credibility, organizational development, and long-term business direction. His perspective supports TRG’s commitment to realistic training, responsible expansion, and solutions built for demanding operational environments. He brings a steady blend of medical professionalism, entrepreneurial execution, and mission-focused judgement to the company’s public identity and future growth.

Christian Piller
Christian serves as the Chief Financial Officer of The Revere Group, responsible for financial strategy, capital efficiency, and scalable growth operations. He brings over 15 years of executive leadership in rapid scaling, capital allocation, and AI-enabled operational optimization across technology startups and global leaders. In addition to his corporate leadership, Christian serves on advisory councils for Purdue University's Daniels School of Business and the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy.

Tactical Medicine Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager
The Revere Group's Tactical Medicine Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager bring decades of combined military, special operations, personnel recovery, tactical medicine, and emergency medical training experience to TRG's Advanced Medical Training programs.
Their backgrounds include service as U.S. Air Force Pararescuemen, tactical medics, rescue specialists, instructors, team leaders, program managers, and operational medicine subject matter experts. They have supported U.S. military, government, interagency, law enforcement, public-safety, and partner-force missions in demanding domestic and overseas environments.
Program leadership includes personnel with paramedic-level emergency medical backgrounds and extensive TCCC, TECC, BLS, ALS, and NAEMT-aligned tactical medical training and instruction experience. Their broader expertise includes casualty evacuation planning, prolonged field care concepts, combat search and rescue, personnel recovery, technical rescue, field emergency medicine, curriculum development, instructor evaluation, and scenario-based training delivery.
Within The Revere Group, the Tactical Medicine Program leadership team is responsible for program oversight, curriculum alignment, instructor development, training-event planning, operational risk management, standards enforcement, and integration with TRG's broader medical, logistics, compliance, and executive leadership structure.
This combination of operational experience, medical credibility, instructional skill, and disciplined program management allows TRG to deliver realistic, standards-based tactical medical training for studentspreparing to operate in austere, high-risk, and mission-critical environments.
